Commercial Water Heaters — We perform repairs and
installations of all brands of commercial water heaters. Our
1,500-pound-capacity stair climber eliminates the need to have
four or more men on the job for lifting commercial heaters up
flights of stairs. We also install and maintain circulating pumps,
expansion tanks and all other devices for hot water systems.
Backflow Preventers — Our certified backflow inspectors
perform testing, repairs and installation of all types of RPZs
and double check valves. We send copies of all test results to
the local municipality and management company. While some
companies base their fees on the size of the backflow preventer,
we charge one standard fee.

Fire Hydrants — Many municipalities will not maintain
hydrants on private property, but we provide repairs and
installation of all types of fire hydrants. We flush and test all
hydrants to ensure they turn on, shut off and drain properly to
prevent freezing in winter.

Manholes — We perform repairs, excavations and
replacements for all types of manholes.

Outside Sewers — We repair, install and excavate all types
of outside sewers. Excavation may be required when sewers
collapse or break; when blockages form and restrict proper
cleaning; when pipes corrode and collapse; when pipes sink
and restrict flow; when hard deposits build up and create
bellies; and when pipes shear due to ground settling.

Outside Water Mains — We repair and replace copper,
ductile, cast iron and other types of water mains, service lines,
valve boxes, b-boxes and valves.
